We recently received a nice letter and wanted to share with everyone.. 

A friend of mine was so excited for me to try your soups, she gave me a Garden Vegetable Soup Mix to try. I had ordered multiple additional items to try, including the Meatball Mix. I made mini-meatballs to add to the soup, and placed the remaining meatballs directly in a pan of homemade spaghetti sauce to simmer for a few hours. To the soup I also added a can of Diced Tomatoes, 2-3 Tbsp. of Tomato Paste, and 1 Tbsp. of Parsley. It was FABULOUS! When we later had the meatballs/sauce over spaghetti, we were again AMAZED at how delicious the meatballs are! THANK YOU for helping to make meals quick, easy and homemade-tasting! :-D
