Ravioletti & Sausage Soup
- Cut ½ lb of sweet Italian sausage in small pieces and brown in a large pot. Pour off excess fat.
- Bring six cups of water to a boil in the same pot. When water is boiling add Millie's Ravioletti Soup, add one can of Garbanzo beans,
one 8 oz can of tomato sauce, and one cup of fresh Spinach or Escarole. Let cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
